Wave Disk Separator

Wave Disk Separator is an advanced industrial device for solid-liquid separation, widely used in sludge dewatering, wastewater treatment, food, chemical, and industrial processes.
The system uses wave-shaped rotating disks to generate flow and vibrations, which enhance the separation of solids from liquids efficiently.
Feed Conditioning:Incoming sludge is first mixed with polymer to promote flocculation and form larger, heavier solid particles.
Entry to Disks: The polymer-treated sludge enters the inlet tank and flows onto the wave disks.
Separation: The rotation and vibrations of the disks move the solids to the surface while allowing the liquid to pass through.
Solids Discharge: Flocs and separated solids are collected and discharged via the solid collection system.
Effluent Discharge: Clarified liquid flows to the effluent outlet for further treatment or reuse.
Process Advantage: This method improves dewatering efficiency, reduces sludge moisture, and prevents clogging, and works effectively with sludges of varying concentrations.
