Splash Spray Cooling Tower Nozzle

The Splash Spray Nozzle is a water distribution nozzle used in cooling towers, where water is sprayed by impact onto an internal deflector, breaking the flow into uniform droplets.
This design provides wide and even water coverage and offers excellent resistance to clogging, making it suitable for both counterflow and crossflow cooling towers.
Advantages
- Uniform splash and spray water distribution
- High resistance to clogging and fouling
- Effective operation at low pressure
- Increased air‑water contact efficiency
- Simple structure and easy maintenance
- Ideal for splash and net splash packing
Applications
- Splash fill cooling towers
- Counterflow cooling towers
- Crossflow cooling towers
- Cooling systems with high‑TDS water
- Power plants, steel, cement, and petrochemical industries
