Multi Disc Screw Press( MDSP)

Multi Disc Screw Press is an advanced industrial machine used foroil extraction from seeds and sludge dewatering.
This equipment combines a screw conveyor and multiple pressure discsto uniformly compress the material and efficiently separate excess liquids with high performance.Main components of the Multi Disc Screw Press sludge dewatering system include:
- Grit removal tank: Designed to separate heavy and abrasive particles in order to protect mechanical components
- Overflow section: Used to control liquid level and ensure uniform sludge transfer to subsequent stages
- Agitator gear motor: Provides the required power for homogeneous mixing of sludge and conditioning chemicals
- Flocculation tank: Creates optimal conditions for floc formation, improving dewatering efficiency
- Spray nozzles: Used for uniform chemical dosing and cleaning of working surfaces during operation
- Dewatering shaft: Applies gradual pressure to separate water from sludge
- Screw gear motor: Supplies driving force for the screw conveyor to compress and convey sludge
- Filtrate (effluent) outlet: Directs the separated water to collection or further treatment systems
Advantages
